Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Estrid products, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products with their original seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring the products are secure and the box is properly sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
